Santa Fe College will kick off the BCBS Blue Rewards Life Style Improvement Program offering personalized Health Risk Assessments on April 5, 6, 7, & 8 in R01 for all full-time employees.
If 50% of Santa Fe’s full-time employees complete the onsite personal screening and on-line Health Risk Assessment, the college would quality for $10,000 to utilize toward employee wellness.
All full-time employees will be sent a personalized email with directions on how to log on and schedule appointments for the Personal Health Risk Assessment.
Employees who are currently enrolled one of the college’s health care plans (PPO, HMO or HRA) can earn up to 500 points for participating in one of the six programs that will be offered to assist employees in achieving a healthier life style. For each 250 points earned BCBS will reward the employee with a $25 reward certificate.
