Santa Fe was able to reach our goal of having 50% of our PPO, HMO & HRA full-time employees participate in last week’s on-site BCBS Health Risk Assessment. In meeting this goal the college will be rewarded $10,000 to use toward upcoming Wellness Programs for full-time college employees.
Qualified employees who participated in the on-site assessments may log onto:www.bcbsfl.com/MyBlueService to select the $25 certificate from a participating vendor. NOTE: It will take approximately 30 days from your assessment date for BCBS to download this information, once the information has been downloaded you will receive notification on your My Blue Service site that your certificate is available.
After you Login/Register on the site go to the “Discounts & Rewards” tab, then Click on “Earn BlueRewards”.
All participating PPO, HMO & HRA employees may log onto:www.bcsfl.com/MyBlueService to find out how to qualify for an additional $25 & $50 certificate.
