Balance 180 In Need of Summer Camp Volunteers

Do you like working with children? Do you need volunteer hours or want to gain experience working with kids? Balance 180 Gymnastics & Sports Academy, an incubating company at SF’s CIED, is offering a summer camp from Monday, July 15 to Friday, Aug. 2 and is in great need of volunteers. The inclusive camp, which is for children ages three to 10, engages kids with special needs and their peers in fun sports activities. During camp, volunteers will get the opportunity to work directly with the kids and guide them through the different activities. All of the kids learn foundational gymnastics skills, play games and make some fun art projects. Being part of the summer camp volunteer team is a wonderful, rewarding experience!

Balance 180 is especially looking for volunteers for any day during the period Monday, July 22 through Friday, Aug. 2 from 8:30 a.m. – 12:15 p.m. If you are interested, please contact Carrie at 407-733-7803 or balance180volunteers@gmail.com. The camp is held in a large gym facility located near the intersection of NW 34th St. and 441 (the address is 6527 NW 16th Drive).
