The Florida Blue website is no longer open for scheduling Health Risk Assessment appointments, but any employee who has not yet scheduled can simply walk in and participate.
Screenings will be held in R-01 on the Northwest Campus March 13 from noon – 6 p.m. and March 14 from 9 a.m. – noon. Screenings are taking approximately 20 minutes. So, if you were unable to schedule please stop by.
Massage therapists will be on-site for a free massage and you will receive a voucher for a healthy Subway Lunch
This is a college sponsored event and all full-time employees should be afforded the opportunity to participate as part of their normal work day.
