Santa Fe College hosts Monster Band Rally Aug. 29
Bands compete for bragging rights and cash prizes
Gainesville, Fla. —To kick off the start of fall term with a bang, Santa Fe College presents Monster Band Rally, Aug. 29. Students can enjoy free food from Domino’s and Tropical Smoothies to the sound of local bands battling it out for the top spot.
Kiss 105.3 will broadcast live at the rally 5-10 p.m. at the SF amphitheater located adjacent to the Fine Arts Hall, 3000 NW 83rd St., Gainesville.
Bands will compete for two $1,000 top cash prizes, as well as gift certificates to Guitar Center.
