September is National Yoga Month and Gainesville Health and Fitness Center is offering seven days of unlimited yoga to SF faculty and staff, free. Open to employees and their families, the goal is to introduce a discipline that is known to help people manage stress in a healthy way (and get strong bones and muscles too).
