The Office for Finance at Santa Fe College has published the year-end budget process calendar. As each department plans for year-end close out of their budget, please remember to allow time for content, design and approvals for all marketing items. This includes any new or reprint item(s) with a Santa Fe College logo – brochures, catalogues, banners, fliers, rack cards, shirts, swag, etc.
To get your quote, design or proof in time to meet the college deadlines, please submit your project request(s) by the following deadlines:
- Brochures, Posters, Print Items: May 1, 2017
- Promotional Materials, Shirt Designs, etc.: May 12, 2017
The SF Office for Finance has asked that all purchase order requests be approved and completed by May 26, 2017
