May 31, 2017 – Santa Fe College Community Education is offering the course Wine Tasting 101. This class is great for beginners and a fantastic refresher for wine pros! Wine vocabulary, flavor profiles, aromas and finishes, how to decipher wine labels, and how to understand wine reviews will all be covered while tasting unique wine varietals from around the globe. Classes will be held on the shady patio when weather permits. Cheeseboards are available for pre-orders. NOTE: You must be age 21 or over to register.
