July 13, 2017 – The Santa Fe College Counseling Center offers guided meditation every Tuesday in buildingĀ R-227, from 3:30 – 4:00 p.m. MeditationĀ benefits include: reduced stress; less anxiety; increased emotional health; enhanced self-awareness; lengthened attention span; reduced memory loss; feeling kindness toward others; reduced addictions; improved sleep; and more pain control.
