August 14, 2017 – The new fall semester is right around the corner at Santa Fe College. Students are getting ready for the new year; either returning to campus to continue working on their degree, or as new students just beginning their venture into higher education. One of the most important events of the new semester, and a great way to get immersed in SF, is Fall Convocation.
SF President Jackson Sasser is looking forward to this fall’s Convocation saying that it “may be the most provocative one in our college’s history. Special guests, including University of Florida President Kent Fuchs, will inspire and challenge you. We also will discuss new developments at the college, including an initiative that promises to be lifesaving.”
Fall Convocation begins at 9 a.m. Friday, Aug. 18, 2017 in the SF Fine Arts Hall and is preceded by light refreshments beginning at 8:30 a.m. in the lobby.
