August 24, 2017 – Santa Fe College Visual Arts professor Valeria Aslakson- Jennings will be one of this month’s featured artists at Artwalk Gainesville. Artwalk Gainesville is an event that takes place on the last Friday of each month. It is a free self-guided tour combining visual art, live performances and other events in downtown Gainesville.
Aslakson-Jennings’ work will be displayed at the Sweetwater Print Cooperative, 117 S Main Street. Her presentation, “How I Wonder,” is a mixed-media exhibit that reflects her interest in experimentation.
Following its opening Friday, Aug. 25, 2017, the exhibit can be seen Thursday afternoons, Friday mornings and by appointment through Wednesday, Sept. 27, 2017.
