October 17, 2017 – Santa Fe College President Jackson Sasser released a message to employees about the current United Way fundraiser.
Dear Santa Fe Family:
Santa Fe College has a long tradition of serving those in need. Participating in the United Way campaign is one way we can lend a hand to our friends and neighbors.
Santa Fe College and United Way share a common mission “to make our community a better place for everyone.” We all benefit when every child who enters school graduates, people have good jobs to support themselves, and families are strong and healthy. By giving to others, through our support for United Way, we all prosper.
The needs are many, but can be met. United Way thoughtfully and deliberately applies resources to accomplish the greatest good in North Central Florida. That is why Santa Fe College has been a firm supporter of this worthy organization over the years.
SF’s United Way campaign is now in progress and ends November 9.
