November 20, 2017 – The Broward College Seahawks picked up a big road victory Saturday afternoon against Santa Fe College, defeating the Saints 79-66 in Gainesville.
BC used a 27 point second quarter to build a 41-24 lead at the halftime break.
Ivana Boyd had a solid all-around game for the Saints, scoring 12 points to go with 11 rebounds and four assists. Stephanie Jackson led SF with 16 points and chipped in seven rebounds and four assists. Also in double figures was Janasia Law with 13 points.
The Saints will be back at home Tuesday, Nov. 21, against Eastern Florida State College at 6 p.m. All former and current SF students are invited to attend for Alumni Night.
