Living and Learning Workshop on Stress Busters

December 1, 2017 – Living and Learning Workshops give Santa Fe College students, faculty and staff the opportunity to learn more about themselves to gain insight on the personal, career and academic issues that can impact the quality of life.

This week’s workshop, presented by the coordinator of the SF Counseling Center, Lara Zwilling, is focused on the topic of “Stress Busters.”

Learn steps you can take on a daily basis to reduce stress levels and how to avoid or better handle stressful situations when they arise.

The workshop will be held Thursday, Dec. 7, 2017, from 1 – 2 p.m. in the SF Counseling Center, Building R, Room 235.
