The main gallery will be kicking off the new semester with the mixed media works of SF professor emeritus Joanna Clark. This series of work focuses on multiplicity, with major consideration given to the concept of repetition. The work creates commentary on the proliferation of images, giving attention to the most modern of printmaking tools, the computer. This exhibit will also feature drawings, collages, and sculpture furthering the artist’s focus on the repetition of images, color, and concept within a series. This exhibit will run September 7- October 25, 2012, there will be an opening reception on Friday, September 7th 7-9 P.M. featuring live entertainment from the Lost Safari Drummers and refreshments by Blue Water Bay. This event is free and open to the public.
