September 12, 2024 – The 2024 Alachua County Heart Walk is Saturday, Sept. 28, at Celebration Pointe. Check in begins at 8 a.m. with the three-mile walk beginning at 9 a.m. Santa Fe College has two teams registered – SF Walkers and Cardio Crusaders.
Join one of the SF teams, any team or start your own! Even if you can’t make it (or don’t want to walk) you can use the links above to financially support the teams.
