February 12, 2018 – Santa Fe College is rolling out the much anticipated Salary Equity Study to examine compensation and classification. There will be a study consultant on the Northwest Campus this week meeting with the executive leadership team and the college’s shared governance representatives of the Senate and Career Service Salary and Benefits Committees. All study participants and supervisors are also encouraged to attend an orientation at one of the times listed below.

TIMES: 9 – 10 a.m.
10:30 – 11:30 a.m.
2 – 3 p.m.
This study will cover the majority of career service, administrative and professional positions. Specific information has been provided regarding the times and location of the orientation sessions directly to study participants.
Supervisors have been asked to facilitate coverage and scheduling to ensure opportunities for employees to attend these important informational sessions with the study consultant. Information from the orientation, including the presentation PowerPoint and FAQ that will be developed from participant feedback, will be made available for those who may not be able to attend in person.
