May 7, 2020 – Santa Fe College’s Office for Finance and Information Technology Services (ITS) has been working on updating the look of various menus on eStaff. You will be seeing a new look to the Department Reports option. The list of reports will be broken out onto two different tabs on the Department Reports screen. There will be a tab labeled Data that will contain the following options: Ledger Summary; Encumbrances; Purchase Status Browse, SF ID# Access; Property Browse. The other tab is labeled Reports and will contain the following options: Department Ledger Report; Six Year Budget and Expense; Six Year Budget and Expense Export and Full-Time Budgeted Positions.
