Spring 2025 Intern Applications are now open. We do require that interns commit one full day per week to the internship and that day is consistent throughout the semester. A full day in our program is from 9:00am to 4:00pm. This spring we will be accepting eight to twelve interns.
A typical day looks like:
- 9:00- 9:30 Arrive, weekly education topic or field trip, and team meeting to cover the patient visits for the day
- 9:30- 12:00 Team 1 goes out on morning patient visits while Team 2 works on resource pairing for our patients
- 12:00- 12:30 Lunch (often people bring their lunch and we eat as a team)
- 12:30- 3:30 Team 2 goes on patient visits while Team 1 does resource pairing
- 3:30- 4:00 Wrap up for the day
For Spring Interns:

- Applications will close on Monday, October 21st.
- Interviews will be held the week October 29th– 31st.
- Notifications will be emailed out by November 8th.
- Orientation will be via zoom and offered on Monday, January 13th and Tuesday, January 14th.
- Internships will begin the week of January 20th (Monday interns will start Jan 27th due to the holiday).
- Summer Internship will conclude the week of April 21st.
