Alexander Hanson Exhibit

The Santa Fe College (SF) Gallery will showcase the talents of Alexander Hanson starting on Friday, Jan. 19 through Friday, March 15. The opening reception happens Jan. 19 at 7 p.m.
Hanson received his MFA from the University of Iowa and now instructs sculpture at the University of Arkansas. His work often focuses on the use of objects, constructed and found, as a way to ask pointed questions. His work often takes form through installation or built environments. He will be creating a site-specific installation and spending a week on campus as a visiting artist-in-residency.
