Fine Arts: City of Angels

Santa Fe College Fine Arts students will perform City of Angels, a musical comedy with book by Larry Gelbart, music by Cy Coleman, and lyrics by David Zippel. The musical weaves together two plots: the world of a writer trying to adapt his novel into a screenplay and the world of the film he is writing. The musical is an homage to the film noir genre of motion pictures of the 1940s and is presented by arrangement with Concord Theatricals on behalf of Tams-Witmark LLC. (www.concordtheatricals.com)
