My Roundtrip Ticket to Coke: How international experiences opened the door for opportunities
What’s the point of having global experiences? I don’t have time. I need to focus on what will get me the career I want. I would love to travel abroad but just don’t have time or money…Have you ever felt this way? What if cultivating global experiences was actually your ticket to more opportunities and the career you want? Join this talk to learn about a unique global journey and how you might begin to re-think how you view starting your own collection of global experiences.
This event is being provided in conjunction with International Education Week, an opportunity to celebrate the benefits of international education and exchange worldwide. This joint initiative of the U.S. Department of Education and U.S. Department of State is part of our efforts to promote programs that prepare Americans for a global environment and attract future leaders from abroad to study, learn, and exchange experiences.
Students are encouraged to explore Study Abroad opportunities at SF and discover global conversations in the Developing Global Citizens podcast. Additional opportunities are available to students through SF’s Global Scholars Program.
