Professor Greg Jones is offering introductory Mindfulness classes every weekday morning from 8-8:50 a.m. in the library in Y-239 and every Tuesday and Thursday evening from 4:30-5;30 p.m. in Y-233 during the Summer B term.
The sessions open with a brief introduction to mindfulness meditation, short sessions of practice, and then a question and answer period at the end. All are welcome. The classes are free and open to anyone in the Santa Fe community.
