Project SFC

Project SFC

Project SFC (Santa Fe Clean-Up) is our annual beautification project that allows students, faculty, staff, and organizations to unite under the same purpose, “We can’t all do everything, but we can all do something!”

This year’s clean-up takes place on Friday, Sept. 25 from 1 to 5 p.m. on the Northwest Campus and at Liberty Pond, where students will help touch up and landscape various areas on campus. One of the projects is helping to expand the student organic garden in front of E Auditorium.

Volunteers are also planting two trees in order to commemorate Santa Fe College graduates who were killed in action overseas: PFC Donald Wayne Vincent, and Major Alan Greg Rogers.

In order to participate, register online at http://dept.sfcollege.edu/sla/communityservice/project/index.htm. Upon registration, you will receive a confirmation email with further information about Project SFC.

This is a perfect volunteer opportunity for clubs, organizations, individuals, and staff! This event is full of fun and bonding, and dinner is provided for participants as well!
