The Gainesville Chamber Orchestra is presenting their eighth annual Beethoven concert at 7:30 p.m. Friday, Nov. 20 at University Aduitorium.
It features Evans Haile conducting Aaron Copland’s “Appalachian Spring,” “Leonore” Overture No. 3, Op. 72a, and Symphony No. 1 in C Major (Op. 21) by Ludwig Van Beethoven, and “Pervertimento for Bagpipes, Bicycle and Balloons,” a satirical work by P.D.Q. Bach.
