The Santa Fe College Republicans recently attended the Alachua County Republican Executive Committee’s annual Black Tie and Blue Jeans BBQ.
The keynote speaker was Laura Ingraham. Laura is the most popular female radio host in the United States. “The Laura Ingraham Show” is heard on more than 325 stations coast-to-coast. Laura is also a bestselling author. Other special guests were Gov. Charlie Crist and former Florida House Speaker Marco Rubio.
The students enjoyed David’s BBQ and were able to meet and get their pictures taken with the Governor, the Speaker and Laura Ingraham. The College Republican Club had a mini reunion of sorts with three former club Presidents — Jason Keltz, Justin Reep and Adeniyi Aderibigbe — in attendance. Lizzie Condo is the current President.
