Professor Greg Jones is teaching free, walk-in meditation classes on Tuesdays adn Thursdays at 8 a.m. in Y-239 in the library and at 2 p.m. in P-262. on Tuesdays. His classes are about 45 minutes and are open to anyone. Read more

The college also offers free yoga classes taught by Shenna Benarte from 5 to 6:30 p.m. on Tuesdays and Thursdays in V-16 in the gym, as long as you sign in with a SF ID. Wear lose clothing and bring a yoga mat.
