Santa Fe’s Center for Innovation and Economic Development (CIED) is launching a professional development luncheon series in February. Participants will get a chance to share about their businesses with the group and take a 30-minute training. The cost is $25. In addition to networking, another advantage to the luncheons is that entrepreneurs can check out the CIED’s facility and services without paying formal membership dues.
February’s luncheon is scheduled for 11:30 am.-1 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 24. The topic is “Intergenerational Differences: Millenials, Generation Xers, and Boomers” presented by Eva Del Rio (left). See flyer – PDF
Description: Each generational group has different expectations for the workplace: what they want from employers, how they prefer to interact, how they want to structure their days. Have fun while learning how to identify generational differences in values, work preferences and communication styles.
The registration deadline for the first session is Feb. 17. Pre-registration is required. Call 395-5053.
Upcoming dates and topics:
- March 31 – “Work, Wealth and Well-Being” – Instructor Alexandra Harris will discuss how taking control of your well-being will increase your energy level and success.
