In an effort to maintain a close relationship with our high school guidance counselors, the Office of Admissions has invited Alachua and Bradford county high school guidance counselors, as well as counselors from private schools in the area, to the second annual Santa Fe Counselors’ Retreat from 8 a.m.-12 p.m. on Monday, June 21.
This year, counselors from Oak Hall, Countryside Christian Academy, Gainesville High School, Eastside High School, and Buchholz High School will be at the Institute for Public Safety for a morning of tours and presentations. Program advisor Louis Kalivoda and Chris Wagoner, Law Enforcement Academy Commander, will take the guests on a tour of the facilities and the firing range and Byron Dyce, Director of Title III, will give an update on the Math Studio.
