It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas in Downtown Gainesville with the opening of the Hippodrome State Theatre’s holiday shows This Wonderful Life and A Christmas Carol. This Wonderful Life, an adaption of the Frank Capra holiday classic, plays Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays at 7:30 PM, and Sundays at 2:00 PM & 7:30 PM, November 26 – December 19. A Christmas Carol plays Tuesdays and Thursdays at 7:30 PM and Saturdays at 2:00 PM & 4:00, November 27 – December 18. Santa Fe student tickets are 50% regular price.
