SF WOMEN’S BASKETBALL
CABOT LODGE HOLIDAY CLASSIC DECEMBER 29 AND 30
Gainesville, FL – The FCCAA #9 Santa Fe Saints (8-7) host the Cabot Lodge Holiday Shootout in the SF Gym on December 29 and 30. Three of the best teams in the country will make the trip for the two day tournament, including the defending national champions, NJCAA #4/FCCAA #4 Gulf Coast CC (8-3). NJCAA #16/FCCAA #5 Chipola College (13-3) and FCCAA #8 Daytona State College (9-5) join the Saints and Commodores to make up the highly competitive tournament field.
Santa Fe takes on Chipola on Wednesday at 6:00pm in the first meeting for the teams this season. On Thursday, the Saints battle Gulf Coast at 4:00pm. The Commodores defeated SF earlier this season 83-71 in Niceville at a neutral court.
After the tournament, the men’s basketball team will take on USC-Salkahatchie at 6:00pm on December 30.
