Student Ambassador RUSH, Feb. 22

All students are invited to attend the Student Ambassador Information Session beginning at 3:30 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 22 in the E-Auditorium. Attire for the session is business casual. The Ambassadors will be collecting canned goods during RUSH for the Gainesville Harvest Food Pantry.

The Student Ambassador Program offers great public speaking experience, networking opportunities and personal enrichment. As a marketing representative of Santa Fe College, each Ambassador receives a full scholarship, priority registration, a parking permit, and a letter of recommendation from Dr. Jackson Sasser, President of Santa Fe.

The duties of an Ambassador include participating in various community events, both on and off campus, assisting at recruitment events, and providing campus tours to visitors and prospective students.

Applications are available online and will be accepted beginning Feb. 22 in R-101. Please see Stacey Ledvina (R-102) or Jen Thomas (R-104) to submit your application. The deadline to turn in your application is Friday, March 4 at 4 p.m. Incomplete or late applications will not be accepted.

Applicants must have a 3.0 SF cumulative GPA and must have completed 18 credit hours at SF to be eligible.
