There is an opportunity for faculty members to attend a syllabus retooling workshop at the University of Central Florida on Thursday, Oct. 20. The workshop is free and will focus on the integration of service-learning into the STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math) disciplines and addressing STEM-related issues through service-learning courses. Though there is a focus on “STEM,” the content of this workshop will be very applicable to all disciplines.
