If you will be attending the December 2011 commencement ceremony and wearing regalia, please email Mary Jane Mahoney at the Santa Fe Bookstore. If you participated in the May 2011 ceremony, she has have your information on file. A simple – “yes” or “no” is all that is necessary for her to order for December 2011. If you had issues with sizing, please include that information as well.
If you know of faculty/staff who would like to participate, please direct them to the bookstore to place their orders.
The order deadline is Nov. 4. The President’s Office will be picking up the rental fee, but late orders will incur express shipping fees payable by the faculty/staff member.
