The Gainesville Chamber Orchestra presents the 2011-2012 Season: Harmony in Diversity. GCO’s “Got Beethoven?” Revolutionary Music concert, conducted by Evans Haile, begins at 7:30 p.m. Friday, Nov. 11 in UF’s University Auditorium.
Enjoy an outstanding evening of Beethoven’s music including “Consecration of the House” and “Wellington’s Victory” — hear the opposing armies battle! — and then Robert Schuman’s ultra romantic Symphony No. 4 in D minor, Opus 120.
