SF WOMEN’S BASKETBALL
SAINTS FALL TO PALM BEACH, 68-56
Lake Worth, FL – The Santa Fe Saints trailed by only two at halftime against Palm Beach State College on Friday evening but a strong second half by the Panthers led to a 68-56 PBSC win. The victory over the Saints was the second this season for Palm Beach.
Sophomores Stephanie Edwards and Stephenie Coney led Santa Fe (5-9) with 13 points each, Alexis Fitts scored 10, and Shanice Clark had seven points and eight rebounds.
The Saints continue their southern road trip on Saturday when they travel to Miami Dade College for a contest against the Sharks at 4:00 PM
