The Student Ambassadors are collecting nonperishable food goods and hygiene items for the Bread of the Mighty Food Bank. Collection boxes are in the Admissions Office (R-101) until Friday, Feb. 10. Some suitable items are canned tuna, chicken or other meats, peanut butter, baked beans, canned beef stew and other meat-based fixings.
Also canned fruits and vegetables, 100 percent juice in boxes and cans, canned, evaporated or powdered milk, shelf-stable regular and soy milk, boxed pasta, rice and cereals, macaroni and cheese, jelly. Personal hygiene items are also needed, such as soap, shampoo, deodorant, feminine items, detergent, toothpaste, toothbrushes, etc. and toilet paper. Please donate to help our cause!
