“Just for Juniors” is scheduled for 9:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 21, in the Fine Arts Hall on the Santa Fe College Northwest Campus, 3000 NW 83rd St., Gainesville.
The SF Admissions Office hosts this event annually for more than 300 juniors from Alachua and Bradford county high schools.
High school juniors can explore SF learning possibilities by going on an educational scavenger hunt. They can enjoy presentations and tours, and get information about SF programs and services.
“The event got started because we wanted to find a way to get juniors on campus so they could see for themselves how great SF is and how much we have to offer,” said Erin Rice, recruitment specialist.
“Just for Juniors” is free. There will be giveaways like T-shirts, goody bags and pizza. Students wishing to attend need to speak with their high school counselor.
