The Executive Council of the College Senate will vote on two changes to the College Senate Constitution and By-laws. One change alters the membership requirements for voting members of the Baccalaureate Subcommittee to allow some non-terminal degree holders to serve as long as they do not makeup a majority of the committee. The second change explicitly states that if officer positions are not contested, there is no need to hold an election.
