The Gainesville Charitable Foundation visited Dr. Sasser’s office yesterday to donate U.S. flag pins to be worn on the uniforms of all SF police department members. At the short, informal ceremony at 2 p.m., President Sasser and General Counsel Patti Locascio, along with members of the SF Police Department, accepted the patriotic donation on behalf of the PD. Charitable Foundation President Ray Davis, a retired police sergeant, and other Foundation members provided the pins.
