Santa Fe College needs to have 50% of our full-time employees participate in the Health Risk Assessment event in order to receive our annual $10,000 Wellness Incentive. We need a minimum of 84 more employees to participate in order to reach our goal.
The make-up day for Heath Risk Assessment is Tuesday, May 15 in R-01 from 10:30 a.m. until 1 p.m. All full-time employees who participate will receive a free healthy Santa Fe Subway lunch and if you participate in one of our health care plans you will earn a $25.00 gift card from one of over 100 local vendors.
