The $25 Reward Cards are available for access to employees who participate in one of the college’s three health care plans and completed the Health Risk Assessment.
Logon to Florida Blue to access your card today.
- If you have difficulty logging in please log out and try again.
- You will receive a confirmation that your reward will be sent within a few days
- HALLMARK will send an email with a list of vendors to select from
- Select a $25 Reward card from your vendor of choice
