SF MEN’S BASKETBALL – 11/20/2012
Gainesville, FL – The undefeated FCSAA #6 ranked Santa Fe College men’s basketball team looks to keep their unblemished record intact tonight when they host the Polk State College Eagles at 7:00 PM in the Santa Fe Gym.
The Saints (4-0) are led by Bobby Hunter, whose 26.8 points per game put him second nationally behind East Mississippi CC guard Jarekious Bradley’s 30 ppg. Hunter’s most impressive game came against ranked Tallahassee CC when he poured in 32 points to lead the upset over TCC on November 9.
The Saints are averaging 99.5 points per game this season and allowing just 66.8 to their opponents.
Polk brings a 4-1 record into tonight’s game, their only loss coming to #3 Palm Beach State College. Santa Fe and PSC last met on November 22, 2011 with the Eagles taking a 68-60 victory.
