Students who need help preparing a personal statement for UF or another college’s application can come to the Personal Statement Presentation and Critiquing Event from 3 – 4:30 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 31 at the UF@SF Center (HA-132). Attendees will learn tips and strategies for producing a thoughtful, well-written essay that will complement the rest of the application and highlight experience favorably. Students should plan on bringing their personal statements for critiques.
It is recommended that UF applicants also attend the UF Admissions Info Session from 1:30 – 3 p.m. if possible.
