Week three (Thursday, Feb. 21) of the Spring 2013 Wellness Initiative “Eight Weeks to a Better You” features a 30-minute presentation, “10 Small Diet & Exercise Tips That Get Big Results” AND a complimentary Crispers Salad. However, you MUST RSVP by 2 p.m. Friday, Feb. 15 with Mikayla Klein to reserve your salad.
We are offering two sessions – at 11:30 a.m. and 12:15 p.m. Both will be in S-29.
Week two (Friday, Feb. 15) is a Group Walk at 11:30 a.m. beginning at the Lawrence W. Tyree Library.
