Lynette A. Ametewee Discussion on Global Health Nov. 5

On Tuesday, Nov. 5, The Health Services Administration Bachelors of Applied Sciences Program invites you to join Lynette A. Ametewee in a discussion on global health: “An Introduction to Ghana’s National Health Insurance Scheme on its 10th anniversary.”

The talk will explore the history, good practice, and lessons learned from the Scheme. The discussion will also include a comparison with the National Health Services in the United Kingdom.

Lynette A. Ametewee is a lecturer and innovative healthcare strategy and development practitioner. She has 15 years of experience in the UK and Ghana working with and training health and social care organizations to improve their service delivery thereby achieving cost effective and accessible services.

The presentation will be held in P-260 from 5 p.m.- 6:30 p.m. Light refreshments will be served.
