Please join me in welcoming Krystal DiBlasi to the Santa Fe College team. Krystal began serving as SF’s safety coordinator in November 2013 and has already met many of the faculty, staff and students around campus and at our centers to form relationships that will contribute to the overall health and safety of the college.
Krystal earned an A.A. in Biological Sciences in December 2009 from Santa Fe College, and continued at the University of Florida to earn her B.S. in Microbiology and Cell Science in May 2011. She is moving to the Safety and Risk Management Department from Sciences for Health Programs where she served as a lab manager. She has a strong background in lab safety and hazardous waste handling and disposal compliance.
In her spare time, she enjoys cooking and baking, keeping her cat, Schrödy, out of trouble, and trying to maintain an active, healthy lifestyle.
