SF BASKETBALL
Gainesville, FL – The Santa Fe women’s basketball (9-13, 4-3 MFC) team is riding a two game win streak and will look to make it three when the Hawks of Hillsborough CC make the trip to Gainesville on Saturday, February 1 for a 2:00 PM tip. SF downs HCC 72-69 in overtime on January 15 in Tampa. The meeting will be the second of three between the Mid-Florida Conference rivals.
The men (16-6, 1-2 MFC) face a familiar foe in College of Central Florida for the second time in a week. On January 25 the Patriots pulled out a close win in the SF Gym 62-55. The scheduled tip time is 4:00 PM, or 20 minutes after the conclusion of the women’s game.
