SF MEN’S BASKETBALL
Gainesville, FL – The Santa Fe men’s basketball team will play their final regular season game of the season on Saturday, February 22 at home against Florida State College-Jacksonville at 2:00 PM.
Regardless of the outcome, SF (20-8, 4-4 MFC) needs Daytona State (23-5, 6-2 MFC) to beat the College of Central Florida (22-7, 5-3 MFC) on Saturday to ensure that there will be a Mid-Florida Conference Tournament to determine the second and final MFC playoff spot. Should CF win, they would be tied with Daytona for first place, and both teams would advance to the FCSAA Tournament, negating the need for the MFC Tournament.
Should Daytona win, the Saints will host a MFC Tournament game on Monday, February 24 at a time to be determined.
