This workshop will focus on effectively communicating with a multi-generational student population (Boomer/Plus 50, Generation X, Millennial). Participants will gain insight about the different communication styles of each generation and develop successful skills for providing services to non-traditional students with unique experiential backgrounds and attached academic challenges. Completion certificates will be given to all attendees.
